When your Chevrolet vehicle is damaged due to a collision, you’re likely to want to get it fixed as soon as possible. Being without your vehicle can be a hassle, especially if you don’t have an alternate form of transportation available. Our goal is to get you back into your vehicle ASAP, and the team at the Heidebreicht Chevrolet Body Shop is trained to do just that. The following are some of the most common concerns people have when they bring their damaged vehicles to us.
What Kind of Guarantee Do You Offer?
We stand behind every repair job done at our body shop. That’s why we give you a lifetime workmanship warranty. We are also committed to resolving any problems that may arise (as infrequent as those may be). When you bring us your damaged vehicle for repairs, you can stop worrying.
How Do Deductibles and Reimbursements Work?
We don’t waive deductibles, and we keep the process as easy as possible. You pay us your deductible, and we then send a bill to the appropriate insurance company for the remaining amount due. You don’t need to wait to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the repair bill – we deal with the billing ourselves.
How Do I Get Places While My Vehicle Is Being Repaired?
We know that you will likely need access to some form of transportation as soon as possible. We’re equipped with a fleet of vehicles that may be rented or loaned to our customers. Once we have permission from the insurance company to start working on your vehicle, we can help you get one of our rentals or loaner vehicles to use while you wait.
We know how stressful a collision can be, especially when you lose access to your vehicle (even when it’s temporary). The professionals at our Heidebreicht Chevrolet body shop will get you back in your vehicle in a timely manner.
