Donations At Heidebreicht Chevy In Washington, MI

Truckloads of Hope

Heidebreicht Chevrolet is participating in the Truckloads of Hope donation drive in March. Heidebreicht Chevrolet is specifically seeking cleaning supplies for the Capuchin Organization. With the help of generous drivers, we hope to help this fantastic organization provide items to the homeless.

Donations will benefit the Capuchin Shower Program, which offers showers and laundry services to the homeless. The Capuchin Organization also greatly needs household essentials. In just the last three years, the Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers LMA has been able to provide help to more than 350,000 individuals.

The organization is in need of several items, including twin-size or full-size bed sheets and blankets, as well as travel size lotion bottles, bath and hand towels, toilet tissue, paper towels and laundry detergent. There’s also a high demand for toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and disposable razors.

The Capuchin Organization is also looking for clothing donations, which could consist of winter boots, thermal tops and bottoms, gloves, heavy white socks and hoodies. The Capuchin Soup Kitchen has been serving Metro Detroit since 1929 and can continue providing clothing, food and human development programs to those in need, thanks to donations from the community.

We at Heidebreicht Chevrolet are proud to be helping out the Capuchin Organization this March. Stop by our dealership to make a donation and check out our available vehicles while you visit.
