Supporting the Samaritan House and Local Senior Centers
Every March, we are proud to participate in The Metro Detroit Truckloads of Hope donation drive. Each year the drive collects non-perishable food items to support local food pantries in the Detroit metro area to drive away hunger for people in need.
This year, we were proud to support the Samaritan House with our food drive. The Samaritan House is a community service organization that serves Washington Township and the surrounding areas. It offers a food pantry for those in need, food delivery for the home bound, shelter and utility assistance, and more.
We appreciate everyone who came by and donated to the drive this year!
There’s Still Time To Help Those in Need
Missed the donation drive this year, but still want to help us support the local community? We host and participate in a wide range of community events each year, so there’s still time to join us! We’re supporting the Shades of Pink Walk at the Zoo on April 27th. This walk supports the Shades of Pink Foundation, which helps breast cancer patients with financial issues that arise during treatment. Visit the Shades of Pink Foundation’s website to register.
