We don’t waive deductibles, and we keep the process as easy as possible. You pay us your deductible, and we then send a bill to the appropriate insurance company for the remaining amount due. You don’t need to wait to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the repair bill – we deal with the billing ourselves.
How Do I Get Places While My Vehicle Is Being Repaired?
We know that you will likely need access to some form of transportation as soon as possible. We’re equipped with a fleet of vehicles that may be rented or loaned to our customers. Once we have permission from the insurance company to start working on your vehicle, we can help you get one of our rentals or loaner vehicles to use while you wait.
